RaderX operates under full compliance with the Mines Safety & Inspection Act 1994 and DMIRS regulatory requirements. Our director background includes a Licensed Inspector of Mines appointment, giving us operational regulatory expertise. All deployed personnel are verified site-ready with current tickets, documented competencies, and completed site inductions before mobilisation.

Workers' compensation coverage is held for all site-bound workers. Certificates of currency for public liability and professional indemnity insurance are supplied on request as part of standard pre-qualification documentation. Procurement teams can obtain current certificates by contacting us directly — we do not publish coverage limits publicly.

Yes. RaderX personnel have supplied services to Tier 1 operations across the Pilbara, including Rio Tinto's Cape Node, BHP's South Flank, Fortescue's Christmas Creek, and Roy Hill at Port Hedland. References from current and recent mine-site clients are available on request during the procurement pre-qualification process.

Any provider supplying workers in Western Australia is required to hold a Labour Hire Licence issued under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2020 (WA), administered by DEMIRS. Procurement teams can verify RaderX's current licence status via the DEMIRS public register at www.commerce.wa.gov.au before engagement.

Standard pre-qualification documentation includes: DEMIRS Labour Hire Licence confirmation, current ABN, workers' compensation certificate of currency, public liability and professional indemnity certificates of currency, role-specific certifications (White Card, First Aid, WA Security Licence for security roles, MFC for MESO roles), and references from current mine-site clients. All documents are supplied on request.

Yes. RaderX supports both FIFO and residential arrangements. Mobilisation from our Perth (Yangebup) and Kalgoorlie offices provides flexible coverage for drive-in/drive-out residential deployments at Goldfields operations as well as fly-in/fly-out swing rosters to remote Pilbara and Kimberley sites.

RaderX mobilises from single-role augmentations — for example, one guard or one WHS advisor for short cover or surge support — through to multi-crew shutdown rosters.
