Privacy Policy

How RaderX handles your information.

This page explains what information raderx.com.au collects, how it is stored, where it goes, and how to contact us about it. We keep this notice short and in plain English so procurement reviewers, directory portals, and mine-site contacts can quickly confirm what the website actually does. If you have a question that isn't covered here, email us at contact@raderx.com.au.

Information we collect when you submit an enquiry

The enquiry form on the Contact page and the RFQ (Request For Quote) intake are the only places on this website that collect personal information directly from you. The form fields are:

Field Purpose
Full nameIdentifying the submitter
CompanyIdentifying the organisation
RoleKnowing who the enquiry is from
Mine / SiteWhere the service is required
EmailResponding to the enquiry
Service interestRouting to the right team
Message (optional)Free-form project detail

We do not collect a mobile number, IP address, geolocation, device fingerprint, or any marketing tracker from this form. When you submit, the data is stored in our secure PostgreSQL database as a record of your RFQ submission, and a notification email is generated so the RaderX team can respond.

Where the notification email is delivered. Submission notification emails are sent to marcus@raderx.com.au, the director's working mailbox. The public-facing address shown on the Contact page is contact@raderx.com.au — you can use either to reach us.

When you submit an RFQ you also receive an automatic acknowledgement email at the address you provided, confirming that we received your enquiry. No other automatic emails are sent.

A legacy /api/contact endpoint (an older contact form, no longer exposed on the public site) records anonymous submission counts in an internal analytics table for measuring lead generation effectiveness. Those legacy entries are not used for marketing and are not shared externally.

How we send email

Outbound transactional email from this site — RFQ notifications to the team and the auto-reply acknowledgement to you — is relayed through a single managed proxy at polsia.com/api/proxy/email/send. That proxy is the only path between this website and the destination mailbox.

Submissions are sent over HTTPS. We do not use any third-party newsletter platform, marketing-automation service, or contact-tracking pixel. There is no email list you can be added to (or removed from) other than direct correspondence with the RaderX team in response to your enquiry.

Analytics

This site uses one piece of analytics: an anonymous page-view beacon at polsia.com/api/beacon/pixel, which counts how many times each page is loaded. The beacon is a 1×1 transparent image — it does not set cookies, does not read cookies, does not perform fingerprinting, and does not transmit any personal identifier. We do not know who you are from it; we only know that a page was loaded.

If we introduce additional analytics in future (for example, a service like Google Analytics), this page will be updated to describe what is collected, how long it is retained, and how to opt out, before any change goes live. The privacy policy on this page is the canonical disclosure.

External links

This website links to external directories and government registers that procurement pre-qualification processes often reference. The links we publish include:

Clicking any external link takes you to a third-party website that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and any information you submit to them is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any external site before providing personal information to it.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. The analytics beacon we describe above is cookie-free, and the enquiry form submits its data directly to a server endpoint rather than to any tracking service. No session cookies, authentication cookies, or advertising cookies are used.

Your data, retention, and access requests

RFQ submission records are kept for business-records and pre-qualification audit purposes for as long as the relationship remains active, and thereafter for the standard record-retention period required for Australian small-business accounting and tender audit trails. Anonymous analytics records (page-view counts only) are retained indefinitely.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this site by contacting us at contact@raderx.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and verify your identity before acting on the request, as the records are tied to your enquiry and may be subject to legal-hold obligations.
