About RaderX

Site-ready specialists with regulatory depth.

Who We Are

RaderX Pty Ltd is a specialist provider of Security, Safety and Emergency Services for the Western Australian mining and resources sector. Three focused disciplines — Security Personnel, WHS Officers & Advisors, and Medical Emergency Service Officers (MESO) — deployed for mining operators, contractors, and project managers across FIFO and residential arrangements.

What distinguishes RaderX is not simply the quality of our people, but the depth of regulatory experience behind every engagement. Our director has worked inside the regulatory environment — from law enforcement to mine site compliance — and that shapes how we credential, deploy, and support every personnel placement we make.

"We don't place personnel from a pool. We deploy site-ready specialists with compliance documentation, competency verification, and real accountability — because we understand what the regulator expects." — Marcus Rader, Director

RaderX operates from offices in Perth (Yangebup) and Kalgoorlie, enabling rapid mobilisation to operations across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Mid West, and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.

People. Safety. Ready.

Three pillars that frame every engagement we take on. They are the test we apply before we deploy — and the standard procurement officers can hold us to.

Pillar 01
People

Rigorous screening, licensing checks, and reference verification on every placement. RaderX personnel are not generic labour-hire bodies — they are pre-vetted specialists with documented competencies and verified site-readiness.

This is the people pillar: who gets sent to site, and the accountability that follows them on shift.

Pillar 02
Safety

Safety discipline grounded in WA mining regulation and DMIRS-issued compliance frameworks. Every engagement is anchored to the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 and the operational standards inspectors actually enforce.

This is the safety pillar: the regulator's vocabulary, applied on every roster.

Pillar 03
Ready

Site-ready means current tickets, valid registrations, completed inductions, and clearances on day one. RaderX personnel arrive able to step onto shift, not into a week of paperwork.

This is the readiness pillar: mobilisation speed without compliance compromise.
