RaderX is extending the established labour-hire model into the heavy equipment operator market. Four machine-class disciplines — dump truck, excavator, dozer and drill — credentialed, verified, and deployed under the same accountable single-contract framework used for Security, ESOs, and WHS engagements. Priority mobilisation zones are the Goldfields and Pilbara, with the Mid West and Kimberley supported as the next-tier roster coverage. Operator-roster inquiries route through the existing /contact RFQ funnel and are triaged alongside other divisions.
Production haul truck operators across on- and off-road fleets — standard 100–240 tonne class. Verifiable cycle-time experience and documented pre-start compliance.
Production excavator and hydraulic mining shovel operators, including bulk earthworks deployments. Ticketed and inducted for iron-ore, gold, and lithium load-and-haul cycles.
Production dozer operators for push-up, bench prep, rehabilitation works, and clean-up fleets. GPS-aware and competent on final trim work.
Production blast hole drilling, reverse-circulation (RC) and down-the-hole (DTH) surface rigs, plus exploration support across active resource definitions.
The RaderX Operators roster carries the same verified, site-ready credential posture as the existing security, ESO, and WHS engagements — verification completed before mobilisation, with copies held on the worker file for audit. Categories routinely held across the Operators division include:
Mobilisation is staged from the Perth (Yangebup) and Kalgoorlie offices. The Goldfields and Pilbara are the prioritised roster zones for the Phase 3 Operators division — short-notice FIFO fills, ongoing rotations, and regional roster engagements deployed first into these regions. The Mid West and Kimberley form the secondary coverage tier and are supported on the same accountable model.
